Our breakfasts
At La Freixera, we give a lot of importance to the gastronomy of our land. Solsonès, a rural region halfway between the Pyrenees and the Segarra drylands, has preserved its own, honest and sincere cuisine, with products that are raised, cultivated and prepared in the tradition of the thousand farmhouses that occupy the region.
The breakfasts at La Freixera are one of the hotel's most important moments. The cheeses, sausages, jams, local ‘payés’ bread, coca de llauna... All the items that make up our buffet are made by artisans from the Solsonès region. Quality and proximity.
